Can I expedite my shipping?

Can you ship internationally or process international credit cards?
Yes, we ship worldwide. If your country is not available in our order process part of the website, you can send an email to sales@rige.nl and we will fix it for you.
How can I pay for my order?
Paypal, Ideal, Credit Card, Bank, Cash and carry.
How long will it take me to get my order?
We ship all orders before that are paid before 16.00 CET. If you order goods with an extra order period (like 100% hardcore) we need 2 to 5 additional days.
How can I check the status of my order?
Just check your account.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, as long as your order is not paid it will be cancelled automatically after 48 hours.
Can I exchange my order?
Yes, just contact sales@rige.nl and inform us if you want another size, another product or your money back. Always state your Order number/ Invoice number. As soon as we receive your package, after our confirmation, we will ship the new/correct size back to you for free. You pay the shipping the the Rigeshop, we pay the 2nd shipping back to you.
How do I return my order?
Send an email to sales@rige.nl and we will take care of it.
What do I do if my order is damaged?
Contact us by email straight away.
Why did I only receive part of my order?
Because you ordered some items with a waiting period we sometimes ship what we do have in stock.
I received the wrong goods, what do I do?
Please contact sales@rige.nl Do not send anything back without our confirmation.
